CD REVIEW: Tribal Groove

This is a very enterprising compilation, and one of several from this New South Wales-based recording label.
The CD contains some powerful grooves with industrious vocals in the world music realm. Listen to the chants of the cultures of Australia, Africa, Asia and America and be enriched with emotion and purpose that such music brings.
The set is very danceable and energetic and, importantly, carries an authenticity to bring pleasurable listening. Overall, no standouts appear. It's all harmonious and cohesive, and well worth the indulgence.
