 New
Multicultural Music Label launches in Australia

 Music Mosaic,
an exciting Australian-based label is offering "the pulse
of global harmony" through a colourful array of World & New-Age music
from renowned and emerging musicians around the globe. In the timeless style of
Café del Mar, Buddha Bar, Trance Planet and others that have established a strong
trend in Compilation CD's, Music Mosaic expands new horizons of exotic & blended
sounds.
A
Company with Vision

 Music Mosaic encourages all cultures
and nations to live together respectfully on our planet Earth. The music features
multicultural expressions from many diverse countries, yet the different sounds
flow together into one harmonious image...like a beautiful mosaic! Each CD features
exceptional tracks from various international and local artists based around a
specific theme and style of music.
   Theme-CD's
require Profound Craftsmanship

 A seasoned composer, producer
& musician, Ariel, co-owner, selects the best fitting tracks by theme and skilfully
blends them into unique sound journeys throughout the CD. The first four products
were created in 2001: Lotus Groove, Didgeridoo Trance-Dance,
Healing Sounds and Inner Peace. They reflect a range of moods
from fast Trance-dance to deeply meditative. 14 more compilations and one DVD
followed up til May 2005.
The
compilations are tested in local markets, then subjected to exhaustive fine-tuning
with feedback from customers and contributing musicians. When he is finally satisfied,
Ariel has the CDs re-mastered and pressed for global distribution. This process
of review, selection, refinement, testing and final production spans hundreds
of artists and tracks, taking months to perfect. At present there are close to
20 Theme CDs in different states of completion.
 Music
Mosaic brands for Results

 Drawing on her extensive corporate
background for the Bertelsmann Group - one of the world's largest media concerns
- Ama, the other co-owner, applied her wealth of knowledge to their fledgling
company. Acting as CEO, CFO, Marketing VP and Operations Manager, Ama synchronise
the team of people needed to accomplish their vision. Having good music was only
half the story. They needed powerful branding as well.
She
hired American designer & marketing expert Zen Player to create a unique branding
image and packaging solution for their products. Zen had won accolades in the
late 80's when he created the look & feel for an unknown artist named Ray Lynch
with a Classical-New Age album called "Deep Breakfast". Deep Breakfast shot to
number one world-wide, becoming the first independently produced album to go gold,
then platinum.
Leveraging
Technology for Rapid Expansion

 Music Mosaic emerged from
a web-based distribution model, and will continue to utilise online strategies
to support distributors, retailers and customers alike. Providing one-minute sound
samples, artist & track information, product updates, media reports, cross-marketing
links and online ordering will ensure Ama & Ariel of keeping a "finger on the
pulse" of their vast market. The label is planning release of three albums per
year.
